Sessions and Fees

Consultation Appointment:

There is a 50 minute consultation appointment to discuss:

  • Client information from your Client Profile Form
  • Working Agreement – transparent working agreement including safeguarding, confidentiality etc
  • GDPR – data protection
  • Breathwork – contra-indications
  • Agreement to engage in therapy

Sessions:
Psychotherapy is a commitment and sessions are weekly for 50 minutes on the same day and at the same time as mutually agreed.
