About Me

Kerrie Hipgrave MBACP (Reg)

I am a Psychotherapist offering psychological and emotional support to adults, teenagers and children.  Knowing how to live and cope with challenging thoughts, emotions and behaviours is a life skill and it is something I can support you to do so that you can thrive and feel happy with your life.

My training encompasses a humanistic, behavioural and creative approach that is adjusted to suit your specific needs.  There is an option to self-express through creative art and breathwork to control and regulate your breath from anxiety/panic into relaxation.

My calm, rational, warm approach to the problems faced by every generation provides you with a solid foundation to support positive change.  You can explore and develop a deeper insight and self-knowledge whilst feeling safe and supported  to become the ‘happier you’.

Whether you have anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, relationship issues, bereavement or something else, I have the expertise to support you to change confusion into clarity and to move forward into a brighter future.

Tics Talk supports neurodiversity and my specialism is Tourette’s Syndrome and Tic Disorders.  I am trained in CBiT (Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics) therapy incorporating HRT Habit Reversal Therapy and ERP Exposure Response Prevention.  I also support clients with OCD, Trichotillomania and Dermatillomania.
