I am an experienced Counsellor who is empathic, insightful and non-judgemental. My integrative approach encompasses several different counselling styles and I am a CBT therapist from Regents University, London. I have a vast skills set that can support you to find the happier you!
I am an accredited registered member of the BACP and I follow BACP’s Ethical Framework. I work with all ages from all walks of life and I have a deep insight and a practical view of the problems faced by every generation.
As a School Counsellor working through art and play with children and adolescents, I have experience in supporting children with anger, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, self- harming, depression and many other issues. I also work with children with Tourette’s Syndrome and tic disorders and I deliver Behavioural Therapy for Tics.
My work with CGL Drug and Alcohol Agency gave me a huge insight into the world of addiction. Whether you have anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, relationship issues, addiction or something else, I can support you to change confusion into clarity and to move forward into a brighter future.
My approach combines ethics, psycho-education and a mutually trusting, therapeutic relationship. Collectively this nurtures and encourages that much needed mental and physical balance, irrespective of what kind of psychological issues are being faced.
Safe Talk Counselling aims to keep you psychologically and emotionally safe and to give you the tools to change confusion into clarity and become the ‘happier you’.
